Video: Create a Display
Steps
In Scene Objects, click plus.
Hover Display, then Flat. The size fields open right there in the menu.
Enter the width and height of your screen, then click Create. What matters here is the ratio between the two numbers — get that right and content with the same aspect ratio will fill the whole output. If you want save yourself some calculations, you can simply divide your Resolution by one thousand and enter this value for the size to get the aspect ratio right.
Now position and rotate the display under Transformation, so the scene resembles the room. With just a single Display this makes no difference, but if you have multiple Displays in your project it is much easier for the next person to read the scene if their position matches the real Installation.
A display produces no signal until it reaches a physical output. Open Video Routing.
Click the cell where your display meets the GPU Output your screen is plugged into.
The Brainsalt default Grid should immediately show up on your output
