Display
A display in the scene — an LED wall, a monitor, or any screen that is not projected onto. Position and orientation are on Device Default Properties.
A display differs from a Projector in what it does not have: no lens, so no throw ratio, lens shift or shear, and no edge blending, because nothing overlaps.

A surface becomes a display through Surface As Display, not by being called one. Curved or shaped geometry has to be promoted before it can be driven as a display.
