Screenshot
Last updated 7 August 2026
Writes a single frame of an output to an image file — the way to check exactly what an output is sending, rather than what it should be sending.
Properties
Found under Test & Debug on any output.

Save screenshot |
Writes the current frame. |
|
Save screenshot 10-bit |
Writes it at 10 bits per channel, for checking banding or colour handling that 8 bits would hide. |
A screenshot is taken after warping, blending and colour conversion. That is what makes it useful for diagnosis: it shows the pixels leaving the server, so a difference between it and the scene is in the output stage rather than the content.
