Operation & Monitoring
Day-to-day work on a server that is already configured: checking it is healthy, confirming the outputs are sending what they should, and powering it up or down safely.
Everything here is read from, or done through, the server's System Management web interface — under Operate and Maintain in the sidebar.

Signal status is the one page everyone can see. Changing display configuration needs the Administrator role, but reading what the outputs are doing does not — so an operator can diagnose a dark projector without being able to reconfigure anything.

Applications — starting and stopping what runs on the server.
Screen (VNC) and File Transfer — reaching the desktop and moving media onto the machine.
Storage, Storage Estimator and Resource Usage — capacity planning and live load.
