Server Configuration
Everything you set on a server once you can reach it: the network it lives on, who may sign in, the display outputs it drives, and how to save the result so it can be put back.
Almost all of it lives in the server's own System Management web interface, opened from the Hub.

Do this in order

Network first. Everything else is done over it, and a host name change needs a reboot — so get it out of the way before anything is worth losing.

Users and roles next, so the people who need access have it, and the factory account is no longer the way in.

Display and GPU configuration — the long pass, with its own internal order.

Back up once the server behaves the way the site needs. A backup taken before the display work is a backup of nothing worth restoring.
Display configuration requires the Administrator role — the whole GPU group is hidden from User and Operator accounts. If the GPU section is missing from the sidebar, that is the reason, not a fault.
